Sinulog Cebu City Punk! this Mohawk dude was just one of the many colorful individuals I saw in the streets of Cebu during the 2011 Sinulog Festival. Most people hates festivals because, maybe of their snobby attitude citing "its too crowded" but that's the point of such annual events, to come out in full force, not to sow mayhem but joy, destroying nothing but celebrating out loud, midst the rambling drumming, guitar strumming and the shuffling feet of those following a marching beat. It's something everyone should experience. No whiners allowed!
