People looking at the sky to watch a number of hot air balloons fly high - it wasn't like the house on the animated movie "UP" but the ones that flew over Clark last February during the Hot Air Balloon Festival serves as a visual feast to those who attended. During this exact moment, mine was this girl at the center of the photograph. It could been "UP" or "War of the Worlds" all over again.
